Information is given on the geographical distribution in Asia (Bangladesh, China, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, India, Bihar, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Nagaland, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Indonesia, Java, Japan, Myanmar, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam), North America (Mexico), Central America and Caribbean (Costa Rica, Cuba and Panama), South America (Brazil, Espirito Santo, Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais and Ecuador) and Oceania (Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and Western Australia).
