A new quadratic-reciprocal functional equation f((k+1)x+ky)+f((k+1)x−ky)=2f(x)f(y)[(k+1)2f(y)+k2f(x)][(k+1)2f(y)−k2f(x)]2 is introduced. The Hyers-Ulam stability for the quadratic-reciprocal functional equations is proved in Banach spaces using the direct method and the fixed point method, respectively.A new quadratic-reciprocal functional equation f((k+1)x+ky)+f((k+1)x−ky)=2f(x)f(y)[(k+1)2f(y)+k2f(x)][(k+1)2f(y)−k2f(x)]2 is introduced. | citations This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 2 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
