
La concentration en cobalt aux joints de grains carbure-carbure des composites WC-Co a été déterminée par microanalyse X à sélection d'énergie en microscopie électronique à balayage en transmission. Il a été montré que seuls, les joints généraux se caractérisaient par une forte augmentation de la concentration en cobalt. Il est possible d'en déduire la présence d'un squelette continu de carbure à travers les joints de coïncidence.
