DIRAC's theory of electrons gives us tho possibility of calculating the production of electronic pairs by collisions between electrons and nuclei. This process may be described as a second order effect of the porturbation of plane electron waves due to the nuclear field, and to the interaction between the incident electron and the electron which originates the pair in the transition from a negative to a positive onergy state (rising electron).

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 2 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
