AbstractA short film is a film production type which makes effort to achieve the theme it addresses in a short time and therefore arr anges its structure in an impressive way. Usage of short films easy for educational purposes at the time of their production and throughout the process of consumption. This study investigates the education-short film relation and the role of short film in education on the basis of high school and university students. The sampling group of the study is students of two high school s chosen in Izmir, and the students of Ege University Communication Faculty Department of Radio, Television and Cinema. Questionnaire was used to set forth views of students, who are the producers and consumers of short film productions, related to short film.
