Abstract Monitoring gas emissions from soil allow to get information on volcanic activity, hidden faults and hydrothermal dynamics. Radon activities at Stromboli were collected by means of multi-parametric real-time stations, that measure radon as well as environmental parameters. The last improvements on the detection system are presented and discussed.
