The authors study left pure semisimple hereditary indecomposable rings \(R\) of infinite representation type and determine all indecomposable left \(R\)-modules that are not sources of left almost split morphisms in \(R\)-mod. They use an Ext-injective partition of the family of all finitely generated indecomposable left \(R\)-modules to give a complete description of the distribution of all indecomposable modules over a left pure semisimple hereditary indecomposable ring \(R\) of infinite representation type.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 5 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
