Abstract This article describes the procedure for and results of tests of the strength-deformation parameters of unreinforced shotcrete conducted at the Central Mining Institute of Poland. The methodology of the laboratory tests and the results are presented in the form of a series of loading forces and deformations of a layer of shotcrete over time. The tests results show a strong influence of adhesion between shotcrete and rock. Numerical models were used to assess the behaviour of shotcrete-rock composite behaviour based on laboratory tests.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 5 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Top 10% | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
