Abstract

In this paper, we present the greatest value a ? (1/15, ∞) and the least value b ? (4/15, ∞) such that the double inequality L ( x , a ) 0, where L ( x , a ) = 1 90 a 2 + 2 log ( x 2 + x + 3 a + 1 3 ) + 45 a 2 90 a 2 + 2 log ( x 2 + x + 15 a - 1 45 a ) and ?(x) is the classical psi function.
