Total atomic photoelectric cross-sections have been obtained by the subtraction technique for the elements Cu, Mo, Ag, Sn, W, Au, Pb and U in the energy region 20 to 1330 keV; and compared with the tabulated theoretical predictions of Schmickley and Pratt. It has been found that, in general, there is satisfactory agreement between the two. For the elements W, Au and Pb, at energies just below theK-edge, there is a discrepancy of more than 5% between experiment and theory.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 3 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Top 10% | |
