Abstract

Die Harzbalsame wurden zunachst durch Wasserdampfdestillation in eine Terpentinolfraktion und eine Diterpenfraktion getrennt. Aus den nicht fluchtigen Diterpenbestandteilen wurden die Neutralteile abgetrennt und diese weiter in eine Carbonylfraktion, cine Hydroxylfraktion und eine Fraktion der ubrigen Neutralteile aufgetrennt. Terpentinolfraktion, Harzsaurefraktion und die drei Neutralteilefraktionen wurden gaschromatographisch und massenspektrometrisch untersucht. Die Zusammensetzung des Harzbalsams vonP. resinosa ahnelt sehr dem vonP. sylvestris, wahrend die des Balsams vonP. pinea dazu deutliche Unterschiede aufweist. Neben Limonen als Hauptbestandteil des Terpentinols, das im Terpentinol vonP. resinosa nur in kleinen Mengen nachzuweisen ist, werden auch in den Diterpenfraktionen Unterschiede deutlich. BeiP pinea herrschen in den Diterpenfraktionen Verbindungen von Isopimartyp gegenuber denen vom Pimartyp vor, wahrend beiP. resinosa der Pimartyp dominiert. Ferner treten in der Hydroxylfraktion vonP. pinea Alkohole vom Labdantyp in nennenswerten Mengen (ca. 43% der Fraktion) auf, wahrend in der gleichen Fraktion ausP. resinosa Verbindungen vom Labdantyp fehlen.
