In the paper reviewed above the authors have studied single server retrial queues. In this paper, they extend their results for multi-server retrial queues with Markovian arrival process, phase type service time distribution with two states and finite buffer. They obtain the stationary distribution of states and moments of the waiting time using level dependent Markov processes. Solutions are obtained by efficient application of block application of block Gaussian elimination.
