L'A. propose une nouvelle lecture de la solution sceptique au paradoxe sceptique developpee par S. Kripke dans son ouvrage intitule «Wittgenstein on rules and private language» (1982). Alors que l'interpretation commune de Kripke, representee par C. Travis, S. Blackburn et C. Wright, repere dans sa solution un scepticisme ontique selectif concernant les faits semantiques, l'A. montre que la position de Kripke, fondee sur une analogie avec le scepticisme de Hume, fournit l'exemple d'un type de projet philosophique soutenu par ses detracteurs tels que P. Boghossian et C. Wright : un factualisme global concernant le discours semantique, un non-projectivisme concernant la signification et une theorie deflationniste de la verite
