Abstract

L'implantation du noeud de Hensen de la ligne primitive achevee sur l'extremite posterieure de la jeune ligne primitive modifie sa destinee presomptive. Au lieu de se differencier en partie en mesoblaste axial et paraxial, il se transforme entierement en endoblaste embryonnaire et provoque l'induction d'une autre ligne primitive.
