Plasmal-Idioblasten im Mesophyll vonVerbascum Blattaria

Abstract

In den Kelchblattern vonVerbascum Blattaria sind im Mesophyll Idioblasten vorhanden, die durch besondere Grose und starke Lichtbrechung auffallen. Der Vakuoleninhalt dieser Zellen ist lipoidreich, gallertig und kann beim Austreten in Wasser Myelinfiguren bilden. Der Vakuoleninhalt farbt sich mit dem Schiffsehen Aldehydreagens ohne Vorbehandlung rasch violett; nach den Loslichkeitsverhaltnissen und dem Ausfall verschiedener Reaktionen und Farbungen wird vermutet, das er Acetalphosphatid (Plasm al) enthalt.
