The aim of this paper is to formulate analogues of certain known assertions of the finite dimensional theory connected with the solvability of systems of equations and with the description of solutions, like the theorems of Osgood and Remmert, to the case of holomorphic Fredholm mappings of Banach analytic manifolds. These results and certain supplementary constructions are used to describe the set of fixed points of a holomorphic mapping that leave invariant some domain in a Banach space.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 3 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
