The problem of the stability limits of nuclei with respect to the emission of protons and neutrons is discussed, as well as the conditions for the existence of neutron-rich nuclei in nature. The possibility of explaining certain anomalies in the distribution of elements and isotopes is indicated, if the collision matter with cosmic antimatter is assumed. The existence of antimatter in the Galaxy might lead to the formation of radioactive spots on the Moon's surface.
