Cryogenic He systems (CHS) perform two functions: produce a cryogenic agent with given parameters and withdraw heat from the object cooled to the given temperature. Three stages of the CHS operation are recognized: cooling, cyrostatic processing, and heating. The proportion of the cooling stage in the overall CHS balance is comparable to the two others and may vary from 5 to 40% depending on the working regime.
