1. The physicomechanical and electroerosion characteristics of sintered copper-titanium-graphite (CTG) material meet the requirements for tool electrode material. 2. Practical experience has shown that TEs produced from CTG material by the technique evolved in this work are dimensionally accurate to 0.02–0.05 mm and have stable working and basal surface configurations requiring no finish machining. 3. Use of sintered copper-titanium-graphite TEs enables the electrical characteristics of transistor pulse generators to be fully utilized, widens the scope of electroerosion machining, and improves machining accuracy and quality.
