1. A laboratory unit has been developed for rating the lubricity (antiwear properties) of jet fue ls; this unit gives a simulation of the conditions under which fuel is used as the lubricant in the rocker unit of the fuel pump/ control. 2. A new criterion has been proposed for evaluating fuel lubricity, through which the results of a single test give an evaluation of the fuel's ability to prevent residual deformation of the rubbing surfaces and removal of metal particles from these surfaces.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
