In this letter we report on the construction and operation of the new nuclear refrigerator at the University of Bayreuth. It contains two Cu stages of 103.5 moles in 8 Tesla and 2 moles in 9 Tesla, respectively. After demagnetization the first stage has cooled a Pt-NMR thermometer in the field free experimental region to 15 µK. The large heat capacity of the stage has enabled us to hold this low temperature for 50 h without any sign of warming. In a preliminary test under nonideal conditions the second stage has cooled another Pt-NMR thermometer in the high field region to 12 µK.
