Abstract

Durch Einwirkung der Amyloglucosidase auf 0,1 % Starke wird Glucose freigesetzt. Die Geschwindigkeit der Glucosebildung ist ein Mas fur die Enzymaktivitat. Sie kann direkt im Mesansatz mittels Glucosedehydrogenase/NAD bei 340 nm verfolgt werden. Bei Verwendung einer Testpackung lassen sich etwa 15 Analysen/h mit einer Standardabweichung von 2–3% durchfuhren. Die Methode ist automatisierbar.
