The authors generalize previous work on translation divisible designs (with \(\lambda_ 1=0)\) and, in particular, translation transversal designs to translation divisible designs with parameters \((s,k,\lambda_ 1,\lambda_ 2)\). In case \(\lambda_ 1<\lambda_ 2\), they prove that the translation group has to be either a Frobenius group or a \(p\)-group of exponent \(p\); in particular, this covers the semi-regular case for \(\lambda_ 1\neq 0\). They also give some families of examples.
