</script>Clinical: Asymptomatic, solitary, slow-growing, rubbery, mobile subcutaneous nodules usually <5 cm in diameter but can reach 20 cm in diameter (although large and/or deep fatty tumors should raise suspicion for liposarcoma). Can occur almost anywhere, but commonly on the trunk, shoulders, neck, or axillae. Age ranges from 30 to 70 (with a peak at 40–60), but multiple lipomas (~20 % of cases) are more common in young men.
