Abstract

All building drawings should be produced according to the Drawing-office Practice booklet, published by the British Standards Institution (BS 1192: 1969 — Metric). Students should acquaint themselves with this publication which stipulates the accepted rules for all building drawings. Deviation from these recommended rules can lead to confusion.
