Abstract

AbstractThis chapter introduces the spiritual capital discourse and spiritual capital theory (SCT). By extending the leadership‐spirituality intersect with the notion of “capital,” it confirms the value proposition of spirituality for leadership development and extends the discourse to include “structure,” an aspect with which leadership theory struggles.
