There is no doubt that TFB as HTL layer in QLED show predominance in presuming long lifetime devices, however, it is negatively affected by QD solvent in ink jet printing. Herein a thin layer of Tris(4‐carbazoyl‐9‐ylphenyl) amine (TCTA) was deposited between the QD and HTL to prevent QD solvent permeating into the TFB layer. The TCTA successfully improve the hole injection by provide a deeper highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) level, the external quantum efficiency has been significantly increased from 5.1% to 7.2%.
