
AbstractPhotoluminescence spectra taken from modulationdoped CdTe/(Cd0.7Mg0.3)Te quantum well structures with a two‐dimensional electron gas of moderate to high density (from ne ∼ 1010 up to ne ∼ 1012 cm–2) in magnetic fields from 0 T to 45 T were studied.
