Abstract

AbstractThanks to the outstanding properties of blue 450 nm radiation, Lyocon's BLUE lasers, with their compact size and ease of integration, will enable very high speed, extremely precise, variable geometry soldering applications: from the soldering of THT and SMD components on PCB boards, to wire soldering on power electronics components, and welding of thin copper wires.
