Holligan believes that many of us are unhappy and stressed because work has become an end in itself and not a means to achieving our dreams. He points out that dreams don't necessarily have to be material; they can involve spending more time with family and friends, or turning a hobby into a business. It's also helpful to carve out “Me time” (time for yourself), as well as time for meditation or relaxation and exercise. Write down your dreams so that they are always available to you, and create pictures as well, because concrete expressions and visions make our dreams seem more real and capable of being achieved.
