In consideration of the leadership of human potential, the current article examined the notion of individuals serving in leader roles who hold a potentiating consciousness. It is really a matter of attitude. An attitude that embraces a eudaimonistic philosophy that will lead to the actualization of the very best in ourselves and others. Holding a potentiating consciousness is to live, learn, and lead on purpose.
