Co.'s operations are organized into one business division, the refining business, which includes the Navajo Refinery in Artesia, NM; the Woods Cross Refinery, located just north of Salt Lake City, UT; and Holly Asphalt Company, which manufactures and markets asphalt products from various terminals in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and northern Mexico. As of Dec 31 2007, Co. owned 900 miles of crude gathering pipelines, 67 crude oil trucks and 67 trailers as well as over 600,000 barrels of related tankage, and a 45.0% interest in Holly Energy Partners, L.P.
