
AbstractHistorically, the undereducated adult learner has been on the fringe of community learning systems. Lack of mobility is often the factor that stands in the way of those who want to acquire needed skills. Greenville Technical College found a way to deliver its services to undereducated adult citizens and to make the community a learning center.
