Abstract

В статье рассмотрен феномен ответственности, обоснованы факторы ее развития в процессе онтогенеза. Выделены психологические компоненты ответственности: регуляторно-динамический и мотивационно-смысловой. В работе представлены результаты опытно-поискового исследования психологических компонентов ответственности у руководителей образовательных учреждений Екатеринбурга. Также дана характеристика психологических компонентов ответственности в зависимости от стажа управленческой деятельности.Ключевые слова: ответственность, психологические компоненты ответственности, регуляторно-динамический компонент, мотивационно-смысловой компонент, эргичность-аэргичность, стеничность-астеничность, интернальность-экстернальность, социоцентричность-эгоцентричность, осмысленность-осведомленность, предметность-субъектность.

The article discusses the phenomenon of responsibility and explores the factors of its development in personality. Regulatory-dynamic and motivational-meaningful dimensions of responsibility are explicated. The paper is based on the findings of empirical study of psychological components of responsibility among the heads of educational institutions in Ekaterinburg. The author demonstrates that responsibility traits are dependent on the individual’s length of service in the administrative capacity.Keywords: accountability, responsibility of the psychological components, regulatory and dynamic component, motivational and semantic component, ergic–aergic, sthenic–adynamic, internality–externality, meaningfulness, awareness, objectivity–subjectivity.
