The article used an improved model of implementation of investment projects on the basis of development of organizational-economic mechanism of its implementation by the enterprise of the food industry. У статті використано удосконалену модель реалізації інвестиційних проектів на підставі розвитку організаційно-економічного механізму шляхом її реалізації на підприємстві харчової промисловості. Досліджено параметри економічної, організаційної, інвестиційної складових шляхом оцінки конкретної групи показників. Побудовано функціональні залежності між складовими удосконаленої моделі шляхом врахування визначеної групи показників по підприємству та визначено можливість реалізації інвестиційного проекту за проаналізованою моделлю. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання моделі реалізації інвестиційних проектів. За результатами проведеного дослідження зроблено висновок, що побудова функціональних залежностей між економічною, організаційною та інвестиційною складовими по підприємству ПрАТ «Вовчанський олійноекстракційний завод» свідчить про можливість реалізації інвестиційного проекту за моделлю реалізації інвестиційного проекту на підставі розвитку організаційноекономічного механізму, але за умови підвищення результативності діяльності даного підприємства. Отже, використання моделі реалізації інвестиційних проектів на підставі розвитку організаційноекономічного механізму на підприємствах харчової промисловості є доцільним, оскільки дозволяє врахувати ринкові умови, вибрати ефективний проект та успішно реалізувати його.
