Advanced training as a guarantee of effective professional activity of teachers of vocational education establishments

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of readiness of vocational school teachers for the implementation of innovative educational activities in the conditions of European integration processes in vocational education. It is proved that the development of scientific and methodological competence in the system of continuous education should be spent on the basis of such starting points as multidimensionality, variability and diversity. The model of advanced training should be provided at the beginning of advanced training courses the availability of a spectrum of levels of development of scientific and methodological competence and formulated goals of training in terms of positive transformations of this spectrum.The modern model of advanced training is focused on creating conditions for the individualization of training through the introduction of practice-oriented lessons, the development of electronic information resources and conducting of scientific and methodical activities in the course and between the course periods.

Рассмотрена проблема готовности педагогов к осуществлению инновационной образовательной деятельности в условиях интеграционных процессов в профессионально-техническом образовании. Доказано, что развитие научно-методической компетентности в системе непрерывного образования целесообразно проводить на основании таких исходных положений, как многомерность, вариативность и разнопрофильность.Современная модель повышения квалификации ориентирована на создание условий для индивидуализации обучения путём внедрения практико-ориентированных занятий, разработки электронных информационных ресурсов, научно-методических мероприятий в курсовой и межкурсовой периоды.

Розглянута проблема готовності педагогічних працівників до здійснення інноваційної освітньої діяльності в умовах євроінтеграційних процесів у професійно-технічній освіті. Доведено, що розвиток науково-методичної компетентності у системі неперервної освіти доцільно проводити на підставі таких вихідних положень, як багатовимірність, варіативність і різнопрофільність. Сучасна модель підвищення кваліфікації орієнтована на створення умов для індивідуалізації навчання шляхом упровадження практико-орієнтовних занять, розроблення електронних інформаційних ресурсів, проведення науково-методичних заходів у курсовий і міжкурсовий періоди.
