CLOUD COMPUTING IN UNIVERSITIES OF UKRAINE

Abstract

Важной задачей информатизации образования является формирование информационной среды, которая будет способствовать привлечению участников образовательного процесса к использованию информационно-коммуникационных технологий во всех отраслях образовательной деятельности. Внедрение облачных вычислений несет с собой новые риски, но и новые возможности для учебных заведений и студентов, соответственно, получать лучшие информационные сервисы. Описаны основные понятия «облачных вычислений»: их достоинства и недостатки. Подчеркнута актуальность использования технологии «облачных вычислений» в высших учебных заведениях Украины.

An important task of the informatization of the education is to create an information environment that will attract participants of the educational process to the use of ICT in all sectors of the educational activity. The introduction of cloud computing brings with it new risks but also new opportunities for educational institutions and students and respectively, to get the best information services. This article describes the basic concept of “cloud computing”: their advantages and disadvantages. Underlined the relevance of the use of “cloud computing” technology in higher educational institutions of Ukraine.

Важливим завданням інформатизації освіти є формування інформаційного середовища, що сприятиме залученню учасників освітнього процесу до використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в усіх галузях освітньої діяльності. Впровадження хмарних обчислень несуть із собою нові ризики, але і нові можливості для навчальних закладів та студентів, відповідно, отримувати кращі сервіси. Описано основні поняття «хмарних обчислень»: їх переваги й недоліки. Підкреслено актуальність використання технології «хмарних обчислень» у вищих навчальних закладах України.
