INFLUENCE OF COMPRESSED HEATED AIR ON EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE OF THE PNEUMOENGINE WORKFLOW

Abstract

Рассмотрены экспериментальные данные об изменении по скоростным характеристикам эффективных показателей рабочего процесса четырехцилиндрового поршневого пневмодвигателя D/S = 76/66мм с золотниковым воздухораспределителем без подогрева и с подогревом сжатого воздуха на входе. Показано что, подогрев сжатого воз­духа оказывает положительное влияние на энергетические и экономические показатели рабочего процесса: увеличивается мощ­ность и крутящий момент, сокращается часовой и удельный расход воздуха, существенно возрастает эффективный коэффициент полезного действия.

The experimental data on the change in speed characteristics of effective indicators of the four-cylinder piston air motor D/S = 76/66 mm with a spool air distributor with unheated and heated compressed inlet air are considered. It is shown that heating the compressed air has a positive effect on the energy and economic performance of the workflow: increased power and torque, reduced hours and specific air consumption significantly increases the effective efficiency.
