Impulses of the regional development based on the clusterization of tourism and recreation spheres

Abstract

Within the article, methodological bases and directions of practical implementation of the cluster model of the regional development of sphere of tourism and recreation spheres from the standpoint of modern ideas about the spatial organization of productive forces are considered. Prospects for clustering of the tourism industry from the standpoint of providing additional impetus to the regional development based on the combination of the principles of initiative, integration, consistency of information, introduction of innovative forms of tourism business and implementation of the business interest. Principles and the most expedient organizational forms of the clustering of tourist business taking into consideration features of the tourist business are allocated.

В статье рассмотрены методологические основы и направления практической реализации кластерной модели регионального развития сферы туризма и рекреации с позиций современных представлений о пространственной организации производительных сил. Обоснованы перспективы кластеризации туристической отрасли с позиций обеспечения дополнительных импульсов регионального развития на основе сочетания принципов инициативности, интеграции, согласованности информации, внедрение инновационных форм туристического бизнеса и реализации предпринимательского интереса. Выделены принципы и наиболее целесообразные организационные формы кластеризации туристического предпринимательства с учетом особенностей туристического бизнеса.

У статті розглянуто методологічні основи та напрями практичної реалізації кластерної моделі регіонального розвитку сфери туризму й рекреації з позицій сучасних уявлень про просторову організацію продуктивних сил. Обґрунтовано перспективи кластеризації туристичної галузі з позицій забезпечення додаткових імпульсів регіонального розвитку на основі поєднання принципів ініціативності, інтеграції, узгодженості інформації, впровадження інноваційних форм туристичного бізнесу та реалізації підприємницького інтересу. Виділено принципи та найбільш доцільні організаційні форми кластеризації туристичного підприємництва з урахуванням особливостей туристичного бізнесу.
