Functions and Stages of Formation of Professional and Speech Competence of Future Doctors

Abstract

Описаны функции природы профессионально-речевой компетентности: познавательная, информативная, коммуникативная, стимулирующая. Определено, что формирование профессионально-речевой компетентности будущих врачей является многовекторным, сложным процессом научной, познавательной, практической и контрольно-рефлексивной деятельности, требующий поэтапного обучения, соответствующих действий педагога и студента, оптимального выбора форм, методов, средств и видов учебной деятельности. Формирование указанной компетентности происходит в три этапа: мотивационно-познавательный, оперативно-конструктивный, продуктивный.

Описані функції природи професійно-мовленнєвої компетентності: пізнавальна, інформативна, комунікативна, стимулююча. Визначено, що формування професійно-мовленнєвої компетентності майбутніх лікарів є багатовекторним, складним процесом наукової, пізнавальної, практичної та контрольно-рефлексивної діяльності, який потребує поетапного навчання, відповідних дій педагога і студента, оптимального вибору форм, методів, засобів і видів навчальної діяльності. Формування зазначеної компетентності відбувається у три етапи: мотиваційно-пізнавальний, оперативно-конструктивний та продуктивний.

The article describes such functions of professional speech competence as cognitive, informative, communicative, and stimulating. It is determined that the formation of professional competence of future doctors is a multi-vector, complex process of scientific, cognitive, practical and control-reflexive activity, which requires step-by-step training, the optimal choice of forms, methods, means and types of educational activity. Formation of the indicated competence takes place in three stages: motivational and cognitive, operative and constructive, productive.
