The article is devoted to highlighting some of the applied research results to study the system formation of the national-patriotic education of youth in Ukraine, namely, the issue of intersectoral cooperation in the field of national-patriotic education, according to the conditions of the current geopolitical situation. This research is aimed at identifying the specifics and problems of formation of the nationwide integrated system of national-patriotic education of youth. The material uses the method of systematic analysis, which allows to identify and describe the process of functioning and prospects for further development of the system of national-patriotic education of youth in Ukraine. Also there are usedthe method of expert assessments, survey methods, the method of generalization of independent characteristics and more. This paper focuses on the development of dialogue between the state and civil society (civil dialogue). It aims to increase trust between government and society, which in turn is the key to establishing productive forms of communication and interaction between them. It is established that intersectoral cooperation between the state and civil sectors in matters of national and patriotic education is being successfully established. This civil dialogue takes place through procedural and competitive mechanisms of cooperation and partnership at both national and regional levels. According to the results of the study, the authors proposed and substantiated recommendations and proposals to the Ministry of Youth and Sports and other executive bodies to improve national and patriotic education in the direction of its formation as a holistic national system. The paper shows the need for systematic, monitoring sociological research in order to obtain reliable information on the development of this area, the impact on it of current circumstances. The results of the research and its main provisions and conclusions provide a scientific and methodological basis for ensuring the functioning of national-patriotic education, an effective mechanism for forming and implementing public policy in this area, the mechanism of interagency cooperation, interaction of state and public institutions.

Стаття присвячена висвітленню окремих результатів прикладної науково-дослідної роботи з вивчення питань формування системи національно-патріотичного виховання молоді в Україні, а саме – питанню міжсекторальної взаємодії у сфері національно-патріотичного виховання за викликами сучасної геополітичної ситуації. У матеріалі було використано метод системного аналізу, що дозволяє виявити та описати процес функціонування і перспективи подальшого розвитку системи національно-патріотичного виховання молоді в Україні. Також застосовувались: метод експертних оцінок, методика опитування, метод узагальнення незалежних характеристик та ін. Пропоноване дослідження було спрямоване на виявлення специфіки та проблем становлення загальнодержавної комплексної системи національно-патріотичного виховання молоді. У цій роботі приділено увагу розвитку діалогу між державою та громадянським суспільством (громадянський діалог), адже він має на меті підвищити довіру між владою і соціумом, що, зі свого боку, є запорукою встановлення між ними продуктивних форм комунікації та взаємодії. Встановлено, що міжсекторальна взаємодія між державним та громадянським секторами у питаннях національно-патріотичного виховання успішно налагоджується. Цей так званий громадянський діалог відбувається передусім за допомогою процесуальних та конкурсних механізмів співпраці та партнерства як на національному, так і на регіональному рівнях. За результатами проведеного дослідження авторами запропоновано та обґрунтовано рекомендації і пропозиції Міністерству молоді та спорту України та іншим органам виконавчої влади щодо вдосконалення національно-патріотичного виховання в напрямку становлення його як цілісної загальнодержавної системи. У роботі показана необхідність проведення системних, моніторингових соціологічних досліджень задля отримання достовірної інформації щодо розвитку цієї сфери, впливу на неї сьогоденних тих чи інших обставин.
