PEDAGOGICAL DIAGNOSTICS OF THE FORMATION OF READINESS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE IN THE PROCESS OF MIXED LEARNING

PEDAGOGICAL DIAGNOSTICS OF THE FORMATION OF READINESS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE IN THE PROCESS OF MIXED LEARNING

Abstract

The article examines pedagogical diagnostics as a certain measurement procedure used in the educational process; as a special type of activity of the teacher to identify a certain state of development of the studied phenomenon; as a system of methods, specially developed technologies and methods, test tasks that allow diagnosing the causes of various deficiencies. It has been proven that not always the existing diagnostic tools allow creating a full-fledged diagnostic methodology for the study of a certain process or phenomenon. Modern scientists develop their own tests and questionnaires for their own research, especially in the cognitive and operational spheres of personality development. The proposed pedagogical diagnosis of readiness for the professional activity of future physical education teachers by means of blended learning, consisting of: clarification of motivation for success and fear of failure (according to A. Rean), author’s questionnaire “What is your attitude to blended learning?”, questionnaire of theoretical readiness according to A. Maslyuk, the author’s diagnostic card for determining professionally oriented abilities and skills, “Self-assessment scales of the level of self-management” (according to O. Shtepa). It has been found that this technique allows teachers and scientists to influence the prerequisites, conditions and results of pedagogical activities in order to optimize them in relative independence within the framework of the organization of the educational process of higher education institutions. The results of the diagnostic stage of the experimental program have been analyzed, which confirmed the insignificant difference between the levels of readiness for professional activity of future teachers of physical culture by means of mixed education and determined the need for targeted work to increase the effectiveness of the studied phenomenon.
