PSYCHOLOGICAL DETERMINANTS OF PERSONAL RESOURCEFULNESS OF STUDENT YOUTH DURING DISTANCE LEARNING

PSYCHOLOGICAL DETERMINANTS OF PERSONAL RESOURCEFULNESS OF STUDENT YOUTH DURING DISTANCE LEARNING

Abstract

Psychological determinants of personal resourcefulness of student youth during distance learning are investigated. Much attention is paid to study assessing the health of students during online training and emotional states, in particular the level of subjective feeling of loneliness. It has been definitely that psychological resources are negatively affected by the constant feeling that distance learning takes a lot of strength and energy, does not bring pleasure, stress and causes fear of the session. Other negative experiences include feelings of abandonment, isolation from society, suffering from loneliness and loss of close contact with loved ones. It has been proven that the pandemic challenges faced by humanity in 2020 have caused almost irreparable damage to psychological well-being. It is determined that in the vast majority of young people the feeling of loneliness during distance learning has intensified. They note that they have difficulties with social contacts, lack of understanding and support from others. Researchers also note that it has become more difficult for them to support loved ones in difficult situations and rejoice in their success. Their unusualness and peculiarity of their actions and deeds worsened, they more often began to act according to standard life scenarios, to incline to standard thoughts and values, as opposed to their unique views. However, on the other hand, the results indicate that this feeling of loneliness is not necessarily due to distance learning and may be a consequence of the peculiarities of the person's development, the extent to which he is able to work independently on self-actualization, the extent to which he can accumulate and skillfully distribute his own resources, and ultimately - even the extent to which he is willing to take personal responsibility for his life and well-being.
