RATING GRADUATES HIGHER MILITARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OWN COMPETENCE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF TRAINING OF MILITARY SPECIALISTS

Abstract

В статье на основе результатов проведенного социологического опроса среди выпускников высших военных учебных заведений-2014года рассмотрены следующие аспекты: некоторые научные подходы относительно определения уровня готовности респондентов к выполнению должностных обязанностей в войсках (силах); мероприятия, которые, по мнению выпускников, следует предусмотреть для повышения качества подготовки военных специалистов; факторы, которые сегодня в большей степени волнуют будущих офицеров, а также планы и пожелания выпускников относительно прохождения ими военной службы на первичной должности.

On the basis of the results of a poll conducted among graduates higher military educational institutions 2014 considered: some scientific approaches to the determination of the level of preparedness of respondents for duty in the military forces; activities which, in the opinion of graduates should be provided to improve the quality of training of military specialists in higher military educational institutions; factors that today are more concerned about the future officers, as well as plans and wishes regarding graduates of service on a primary position on completion of training.

У статті на основі результатів проведеного соціологічного опитування серед випускників вищих військових навчальних закладів 2014 року розглянуто такі аспекти: деякі наукові підходи щодо визначення рівня готовності респондентів до виконання посадових обовязків у військах (силах); заходи, що, на думку випускників, слід вжити для підвищення якості підготовки військових фахівців; чинники, що сьогодні більшою мірою турбують майбутніх офіцерів, а також плани і побажання випускників щодо проходження ними військової служби на первинній посаді.
