PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN FUTURE TEACHERS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract

The theoretical bases of the problem of formation of skills of self - regulation at future teachers of higher school are covered in the work, features are revealed; substantiated and tested the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of self-regulation skills in future teachers of higher education; methodical recommendations for teachers are developed.

В работе отражены теоретические основы проблемы формирования навыков саморегуляции у будущих преподавателей высшей школы, выявлены особенности; обоснованы и проверены психолого-педагогические условия формирования навыков саморегуляции у будущих преподавателей высшей школы; разработаны методические рекомендации для преподавателей.

У роботі висвітлено теоретичні основи проблеми формування навичок саморегуляції у майбутніх викладачів вищої школи, виявлено особливості; обґрунтовано та перевірено психолого-педагогічні умови формування навичок саморегуляції у майбутніх викладачів вищої школи; розроблено методичні рекомендації для викладачів.
