STRATEGY OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF FEEDBACK SYSTEM AT THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF UKRAINE

STRATEGY OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF FEEDBACK SYSTEM AT THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The features of the education organization in higher military educational institutions complicate the implementation of student-centered approach. In order to solve the problem of formation and development of the feedback system at the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine, a team consisting of M. Medvid, L. Sinna, V. Liutyi and D. Trobiuk prepared an institutional project and participated in the competitive selection for the second year of the British Council Program in Ukraine "Ukraine HE Teaching Excellence Programme 2021". The National Academy of the National Guard is the first higher military educational institution in Ukraine to take part in this program. Based on the results of this training and the conducted research, the strategy of formation and development of the feedback system at the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine is developed. An important component of this strategy is the positive dynamics of the key indicators. The main indicators of the implementation of the strategy of formation and development of the feedback system at the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine are the following: satisfaction of higher education applicants with the education organization; readiness of higher education applicants to fulfill assigned tasks; motivation of teachers and academic staff to carry out educational activities. Our higher military educational institution has the necessary prerequisites for the implementation of this strategy. Further research will be devoted to testing the dynamics of the implementation of the feedback system at the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine by conducting a pedagogical experiment and checking the hypothesis of their interdependence using correlation analysis.
