On the basis of theoretical analysis and own researches drawn conclusion the authors of the article about the necessity of the use of the scientifically-methodical going improved by them near determination of competences and terms for forming of corresponding professional skills of successful peacemaking activity of policeman in organization of educational process by higher educational establishments of the system the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Reasonably by the stages offered approach: 1) determination the list of competences of peacemaking activity of policemen and servicemen; 2) determinations the list of necessary professional skills for policemen for successful them peacemaking activity; 3) determinations of terms for forming of professional skills for policemen for successful them peacemaking activity. In the article it is also represented the model of stimulation to peacemaking activity through the systems of professional preparation and education; what authors divide into periods: 1) forming of necessary professional skills for organization of official-battle activity; 2) perfections of necessary professional skills for organization of official-battle activity; 3) forming the additional professional skills; necessary for successful peacemaking activity; 4) perfections of additional professional skills; necessary for successful peacemaking activity. As in the competences of peacekeeper-policeman the operatively-tactical are represented and other administrative aspects of official-battle activity; then the authors of the article grounded after graduation education (third stage of model) to realize as preparation after an educational level master's degree. Such preparation in the National academy to the National Guard of Ukraine can come true after specialty "State security"; by specialization "Peacemaking activity".

На основе теоретического анализа и собственных исследований авторами статьи обоснована необходимость использования усовершенствованного ими научно-методического подхода к определению компетенций и условий для формирования соответствующих компетентностей успешной миротворческой деятельности правоохранителей. Определены этапы этого подхода. Представлена модель стимулирования к миротворческой деятельности через системы профессиональной подготовки и образования. Третий период профессионального роста правоохранителя; который отражен в приведенной модели; предложено реализовывать как обучение; соответствующее образовательному уровню «магистр».

 На основі теоретичного аналізу і власних досліджень авторами статті обґрунтовано необхідність використання вдосконаленого ними науково-методичного підходу до визначення компетенцій та умов для формування відповідних компетентностей успішної миротворчої діяльності правоохоронців. Визначено етапи цього підходу. Подано модель стимулювання до миротворчої діяльності через системи професійної підготовки та освіти. Третій період професійного зростання правоохоронця; що відображений у моделі; запропоновано реалізовувати як навчання за освітнім рівнем «магістр».
