The personal and professional self-development of modern educators of preschool education institutions as an indicator of his professional competence

Abstract

The motives and components of the personal and professional self- development of a preschool educator are analyzed in the context of the professional standard «Educator of a preschool institution» approved by the Decree of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine No. 755–21 dated October 19, 2021, – and requirements of the Basic component of preschool education (State standard of preschool education) in the new edition, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine № 33 from 12.01.2021. Types of professional self-improvement of educators of preschool educational institutions are considered. Certain criteria of personal and professional development of «preschool educators» are defined as important factors during the formation process of internal system of maintenance the quality of education in educational institutions. The article defines the meaning of concepts «self-development» and «professional self-development».

Аналізуються мотиви та складники особистісно-професійного саморозвитку сучасного вихователя закладу дошкільної освіти в контексті професійного стандарту «Вихователь закладу дошкільної освіти», затвердженого Наказом Міністерства економіки України № 755-21 від 19 жовтня 2021 р., та вимог Базового компоненту дошкільної освіти (Державного стандарту дошкільної освіти) у новій редакції, затвердженого Наказом МОН України № 33 від 12.01.2021. Розглядаються форми професійного самовдосконалення вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти та визначаються певні критерії особистісно-професійного розвитку «педагогів-дошкільників» як важливі чинники процесу формування внутрішньої системи забезпечення якості освіти в закладі освіти. У статті визначається зміст понять «саморозвиток» і «професійний саморозвиток».
