UNIVERSALY MANAGED DRIVE FOR HIGH-POWER LED LAMPS

UNIVERSALY MANAGED DRIVE FOR HIGH-POWER LED LAMPS

Abstract

New solutions are proposed for refining the existing standard circuits widely used in LED drivers of PWM controllers chips, which made it possible to cheapen the developing driver and add additional features.Modern production is connected with the constant search for reducing the cost of production of the manufactured products. In this regard, there are often questions of improvement options and reduce the cost of these products is not a method of swapping their element base on more expensive and modern, and an example of a non-standard method of finalizing the design of the electrical concept, which unlike the model leads to additional (sometimes substantial) improvements of the product. In this article, the possibility of such a correction applied to the chip PWM controller with PFC. This type of correction is applied for the first time. In addition, two new ways to control the luminous flux of LED from drivers, which includes the PWM controller. When choosing the PWM controller with PFC for the input cascade led drivers has been chosen L6562 chip manufacturer STMicroelectronics. At the moment it is most popular with a wide range of manufacturers of power electronics for LED lighting technology as the PWM controller with PFC , in connection with the simplicity of technical implementation, high reliability and low cost. To obtain high parameters used a non-standard change in voltage reference circuit.
