The article raises the problem of innovating the scientific personnel training in the domestic education system. The fundamental content of the regulatory framework for the implementation of scientific personnel training is analyzed. Relevant aspects of information and analytical support for scientific research are disclosed. The main areas of scientific education and the importance of the continuity of scientific training are highlighted. The main directions of research of information and analytical support in the conditions of transdisciplinary organization of scientific activity at different levels of education are determined. The attention is focused specifically on the application of the methodology of transdisciplinarity in information and analytical support for the scientific personnel training in the conditions of domestic institutions of higher education and scientific research institutions (scientific institutions). It has been determined that information and analytical support for the training of scientific personnel based on a transdisciplinary approach increases the efficiency of organizing and conducting scientific research at any stage of a future scientist and researcher development.

Порушується проблема інноватизації підготовки наукових кадрів у вітчизняній системі освіти. Проаналізовано основний контент нормативно-правової бази здійснення підготовки наукових кадрів. Розкрито актуальні аспекти інформаційно-аналітичної підтримки проведення наукових досліджень, виділено основні сфери наукової освіти та важливість наступності наукової підготовки. Визначено основні напрями дослідження інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення в умовах трансдисциплінарної організації наукової діяльності за різними ланками освіти. Акцентовано увагу саме на застосуванні методології трансдисциплінарності щодо інформаційно-аналітичного супроводу підготовки наукових кадрів в умовах вітчизняних закладів вищої освіти та наукових дослідницьких інституцій (наукових установ). Визначено, що інформаційно-аналітичний супровід підготовки наукових кадрів на засадах трансдисциплінарного підходу підвищує ефективність організації та проведення наукових досліджень на будь-якому етапі становлення майбутнього ученого, наукового працівника тощо.
